The Vinyl Cowboy Movie Reel Photo Viewer was a project I completed in my second Flash class which was more Action Script 2.0 intensive then the first class and the projects they delivered. Here I needed to create a movieClip that would continuously loop and a photo album that could be navigated with Flash button components, using Action Script 2.0 to drive it. The great lesson here for me was the addition of an XML file to display the photos. This made it so that photos could be updated quicker and easier without effecting the displayer at all.

I created images using posters from some of my favorite movies and replacing the actor's faces with my own for fun. I still get some good laughs at looking at these. Use the 'next' and 'previous' button to go back and forth through the images. An audio clip will play once only. There is also a counter that will increment as you navigate through the images.
